Osborne County is covered under the Kansas Open Records Act and therefore has a Freedom of Information Officer to which you can make requests or to which you may appeal a determination by one of the county offices. For general information on KORA click here.
The current Freedom of Information Officer is Heather Betzold. You may call the office at 785-346-2431 if you have questions or requests.
Each office has specific pricing for frequently requested documents from their office, but the standard fee for black & white 8.5" x 11" photocopies is $0.25 per side with the search fee of $7.00 an hour.
